Die zweite „Audioboutique“ aus dem Hause Mutekki stammt von den Produzenten Ramon Zenker und Harald Aufmuth. Neben typischen Tribal-Grooves sollen auch Tech-House- und Latin-House-Producer nicht zu kurz kommen, so will es der Klappentext. Tatsächlich sind zumindest die Loops dann auch unterteilt in Tribal House und Latin House sowie zusätzliche Percussion-Loops. Sie alle gibt es in den wichtigsten Geschmacksrichtungen, wobei Ableton Live mit passenden ASD-Files zu den WAVs bedacht wurde, ebenso wie mit Programs für den Live-eigenen Sampler, was man sonst eher selten sieht. Live-Anwender müssen also keine gesonderten Kopfstände machen, um das Material zu integrieren. Die Programs sind allerdings keine fertig spielbaren Kits, sondern Menü-Sounds, unterteilt nach Instrumententyp. Bei den Loops hat man sich auf Drums und Percussion beschränkt. Da gibt es sowohl voluminösere Elemente im Tribal-House-Ordner als auch einzige Spuren von diversen Bimmel-, Rassel- und Klapper-Instrumenten aus der Latin-Ecke. Sie dienen eher zum Anreichern schon bestehender Grooves, es finden sich also keine vorgegebenen Kombinationen oder Construction-Kits. Im Percussion-Ordner sind dann noch Conga/Bongo und Shaker/Tamburin/Triangel vertreten, ebenfalls zum Drüberstreuen. Der Name „Elements“ ist also Programm: Komplette Loops mit Bassdrum. Percussion und Snare oder Claps gibt’s hier kaum, sondern eben die groovigen Elemente, die einen Track sehr authentisch in Richtung Tribal drücken. Das funktioniert ganz wunderbar und groovt wie der Teufel. Nur muss man sich erst mal dran gewöhnen, dass man keine Rundumversorgung bekommt, sondern selber daran arbeiten muss…
